"We are very pleased with the experience from start to finish.  We received a quote from this company that was below 3 other quotes we've received.  Vincent is very knowledgeable and courteous and answered all our questions.  He was able to install the new furnace two days after we received his estimate.  He came with two other workers to complete the job and finished in about 5 hours.  They removed the old furnace and ran new PVC exhaust pipes for the furnace as required by current code.  He even added an additional vent to the furnace in the basement, in order to keep the floor on the first floor warmer at no extra charge.  Everything is running great and we are very pleased.  Vince called a week later to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly.  We own a 100 year old house that has no heat upstairs yet and will definitely be calling on Perfect Comfort to add heat upstairs."

During the bid process I received quotation from four area HVAC companies.  All varied in their scope, proposed solution and pricing.  Enter Perfect Comfort, an unknown and distant HVAC provider from upstate NY.  Vinny reviewed the plans and quickly turned around a proposal that seemed to meet if not exceed our needs.  Add to this that my brother-law had seen Vinny's work prior and was very impressed and we had a winner.  Vinny's sister and brother laid out and build the heating plant piping and configuration. I've seen a few MER's in my year in Facilities Management and these two did a very nice job.  All the copper joints were neat and clean.  The valves cut in neat and the wiring dressed in.  I also like how they managed the hot water supply and return with the stand-offs and ty wraps.  Very neat job.  The project was designed and directed by Vinny.  He would set the tams up, remain on site until things got moving along and then make himself available whenever required.  He has always answered my calls and addressed any concerns that day or the next.  Impressive when you consider out site is 90 minutes from their shop.  Also worth noting is the team always comes prepared with all the materials required for the days work.  This tells me they do some advance staging in the shop and are more efficient than what I have seen with some others who are more than happy to waste the day and your money running back and forth to the supply house fives times a day. The Perfect Comfort team is not only skilled in their work, they are respectful, ask input and have been very sympathetic to our living in a house under major renovation.  That too is worth quite a bit when the temp outside is 5 degrees and your switching over HVAC companies."
